Our style since inception, features partial barrel fermentation with extended lees contact giving the wine our “flagship “dimension and length.
This is a special wine with great texture, intense flavour and a gratifying creamy finish.
Vibrant light to mid straw with tinges of pale green.
White peach and pear with subtle vanillin oak influence. Undertones of cashew and mint, and some buttery, toasty tones.
Showing rich peach and pear fruit with spicy oak and earthy undertones. Partial barrel fermentation with extended lees contact adds dimension and length to the wine providing great texture, intense flavour and a gratifying creamy finish.
